A series of exciting new regular activities are launching in the popular Maroochydore City Centre green space, fondly known as THE MET with
SWEET TREAT STREET night markets launching this Thursday October 3rd, and MAROOCHYDORE MOONLIGHT MARKETS this Saturday October 5th.

(Unfortunately last weekend’s launch was postponed due to inclement weather.)

Sweet Treat Street Thursdays is all about indulging in something sweet, at Sunny Coast’s first dedicated Dessert Market every Thursday evening!

A must-visit for anyone who enjoys a sugar fix or a sweet treat. 

From gourmet doughnuts and artisan chocolates to fluffy cakes and ice cream, this is your weekly sugar-filled paradise. Sweets, treats, eats and beats – every week!

Whether you’re a dessert aficionado or just looking for a sweet escape, we have something for everyone. Bring your friends, bring your picnic blanket, and bring your appetite to enjoy a night under the stars with a cocktail from the City Lights Bar and some incredible laid-back live music. It’s the perfect midweek treat!

Get out for an evening walk, stretch your legs and enjoy the Thursday evening Dessert markets from 4pm to 8pm each Thursday. 

Linger in the CBD, and enjoy all things sticky and sweet, whilst enjoying live music with DJ Soul Fusion, Dylan Crowe, aerial Silk performers, and free activities for children and families including free face stardust sparkles and hair feathers.

Getting to and from The Met is easy, with the precinct having its own Bus Station so come and relax and discover the heart of the Sunshine Coast’s new city centre.
