24 Hour Grapple Challenge

The mission of our Veterans MMA charity organisation is to provide a safe and inclusive space for Veterans and First Responders, creating an environment reminiscent of their time in the Armed Forces.  Our 24 Hour Grapple is our biggest annual event and is vital for covering our operational costs throughout the year.

Event: 24 Hour Grapple  

Location: Integrated MMA, Main Street, Bokarina  

Date: 11 am November 9th and 11 am November 10th  

Donations: $5 per 5-minute round; raffles and merchandise will also be available.

During the event, every 15 minutes for 24 hours, three athletes will grapple with participants in 5 minute rounds. 

We’ll have food vendors, drinks, raffles, and plenty of space for stretching, recovery, and socialising. You’re welcome to participate, watch, or stay as long as you like!

Participation Details:

All ages and skill levels are welcome!  If participating, please wear a tight shirt (like a rash guard) and comfortable shorts.  A mouthguard is preferred, but we can accommodate those without one—just let us know in advance. If you plan to complete multiple rounds, bringing extra shirts is advisable.
